I discovered a problem today that was causing the site to have intermittent problems sending emails.
This means that there were sometimes problems with the Private Message feature of a user's profile... and also that some new users never received their password to log into the site.

This issue has now been resolved and you have no problems receiving emails sent from the site anymore.
