Glad to see my boys from Pineapple Express work their magic.
Bummed that there is always one movie that rakes in the awards. Spread the love.
Glad to see that one Asian guy thank Mr. Roboto.
Bummed that Iron Man, Dark Knight, Christopher "God" Nolan, and Gladiator essentially got the shaft.
Glad to hear that RDJ is wanted to play Shaft.
Bummed that each ceremony seems/feels longer than the previous.
I never saw Wall-E but from all the footage I saw of it from last night, is it really some kind of emotionally redefining animation that questions the depths of the soul or how robots feel anything at all? I mean, really?!

WALL-E is the first Charlie Chaplin movie to be made since his death. That's it. It's about a 99% silent little tramp robot who falls in love with a girl... er, robot... that he shouldn't have a chance with, and the two of them ultimately change everything, including the course of human history. Is it the second coming of animation? No. I still believe The Incredibles to be a better film overall. But it's one of the best Pixar films yet, and they've made a boatload of great films.

And don't forget Hunchback.

No, I know. I was just commenting on the second coming of animation, not the Pixar part.
