I'm trying to order the DVD, but the website won't process my credit card.
I presume this is because my card's billing address is back home, but I want it shipped to me in CA.
I'm not seeing an option to change the billing address. Am I just missing it?

When you log in as a customer after adding the DVD to your cart, there is a check-box for "This order will be shipped to a different address".
That lets you pick a shipping address, then make sure that the Billing Address is correct for your card and it should work.
